Teppanyaki is Japanese and means "hot plate". In an exclusive round you sit around the Teppanyaki, while the cook prepared before your eyes a multi-course menu. He conjures refinements such as king prawns with fresh spinach, Maispoularden on Mango cabbage or monkfish on Pakchoi.
A highlight in the menu sequence are the steaks from the meat of our farm's own Angus cattle. For this purpose we provide, tailored to your menu, a selection of quality wines together.
A unique flair receives Siemon's Teppanyaki Landhotel Beverland by the unique design. Because the walls are made of amber salt crystals that originate from the Himalayas, and the restaurant is lit indirectly. Cooking is done in a Bulthaup kitchen of Seeman interior.
